It&#8217;s free!<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Apex Legends &#8211; Gameplay Trailer<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/UMJb_mkqynU\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Key points in my opinion:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Free to play<\/li>\n<li>No Fortnite-like building mechanics<\/li>\n<li>First-person shooter (FPS)<\/li>\n<li>Ultra-versatile ping system facilitating communication<\/li>\n<li>Automatic character communication providing a lot of useful information<\/li>\n<li>A jumpmaster who decides where to go, with the option to jump solo<\/li>\n<li>The aesthetic isn&#8217;t cartoonish<\/li>\n<li>Will be cross-platform<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Although it&#8217;s more fun to play with two friends, the game&#8217;s integrated communication system ensures that coordination is easy even when playing alone. I really like the fact that the matches aren&#8217;t very long and that the game, like all other battle royale games, doesn&#8217;t necessarily focus on &#8220;did I win or lose?&#8221; but rather on &#8220;how far did I get this time.&#8221; This allows for a much lighter and more enjoyable experience. For someone who almost never plays multiplayer games unless I have someone on Discord with me, I must admit that, for now, I&#8217;m having a lot of fun playing solo, even if I don&#8217;t have anyone I know online.<\/p>\n<p>Will the game dethrone Fortnite? Has the hype faded? Will there be esports? Honestly, it&#8217;s too early to tell.
